This Privacy Policy describes how Zoa Games, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Zoa," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Zoa Games platform at play.in2itgame.com (the "Platform"). It does not describe the privacy practices of independent third parties you may interact with through the Platform, including our wallet infrastructure provider, which maintains its own separate privacy policy (see Section 6).
2.1 Account Information
Username, email address, password (stored hashed), and account preferences.
Your Wallet address, created and secured on your behalf by our wallet infrastructure provider. Zoa does not hold your USDC balance; see Section 4.
2.2 Gameplay Data
Game history, tournament entries, predictions placed, outcomes, and leaderboard standing.
Chat or messaging content submitted within the Platform, if applicable.
2.3 Technical and Device Data
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and log data collected automatically when you use the Platform.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in Section 7.
2.4 Support Communications
Information you provide when contacting support, including the content of your inquiry.
Deposits into and transactions from your Wallet are settled through transactions on a public blockchain network (Base). Public blockchains are, by design, transparent and immutable: your wallet address, and the amount, timing, and destination of any on-chain transaction, are permanently visible to anyone using a public block explorer (such as Basescan), independent of any privacy setting on the Platform.
Zoa does not control, and cannot alter, redact, or delete, on-chain transaction data once it has been confirmed on the relevant network. This is a structural feature of public blockchain technology, not a choice made by Zoa, and it is separate from the account information described in Section 2 (email, IP address, gameplay records) or any identity information collected to verify a prize claim, which we or they can correct or delete on request as described in Section 10.
Your wallet address alone does not, on its own, reveal your name or identity. However, it may become linkable to your identity if you reuse the same address elsewhere, disclose it publicly, or if it becomes associated with identity information held by a third-party exchange. We recommend treating your wallet address and its on-chain transaction history as public information, and understanding that a request to delete your Zoa account cannot remove your prior transactions from the blockchain itself.
Zoa does not directly collect or store payment card numbers or bank account details. The Platform does not accept payments in national currency and provides no means of buying or selling digital assets, so no such information reaches us. Where identity or age verification is required to claim a prize, that process is described in Section 2.3.
Zoa also does not have access to the private keys securing your Wallet. Your Wallet is created and secured by our wallet infrastructure provider (see Section 6), using technology designed so that neither Zoa nor, in the ordinary course, the provider itself can access your funds without your authorization.
Converting USDC to or from any national currency happens entirely outside the Platform, using a provider of your own choosing. Zoa receives no information about those transactions.
To operate your account and enable gameplay, including facilitating your entry into tournaments and the resulting on-chain settlement.
To maintain the integrity of the provably-fair system and investigate suspected collusion, fraud, or multi-accounting.
To communicate with you about your account, tournaments, or changes to these policies.
To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities.
To improve Platform performance, security, and user experience.
To send marketing communications, where you have opted in, and from which you may opt out at any time.
We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including:
Wallet infrastructure provider (Privy, or a successor provider) — creates and secures your self-custodial Wallet.
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — store Platform data and support gameplay infrastructure.
Analytics providers, where used — help us understand aggregate Platform usage.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. California-specific rights and "do not sell/share" mechanics under the CCPA/CPRA are addressed in Section 10, and will be fully implemented before the Platform is offered to California residents.
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies as needed to keep you logged in and to operate core functionality. If Zoa begins using additional categories of cookies, such as analytics or marketing cookies, this section will describe those categories and the applicable consent mechanism, and consent will be obtained where required, before such cookies are used.
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, consistent with applicable financial recordkeeping requirements. Provably-fair game seeds and outcomes are retained indefinitely to preserve the verifiability of past games.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.
You may access, update, or request correction of your account information through your account settings or by contacting support.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request deletion, portability, or restriction of processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing, including rights available under frameworks such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. The specific procedures for exercising these rights in a given jurisdiction will be published here, and implemented, before the Platform is offered to residents of that jurisdiction.
Requests can be submitted to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Note that certain gameplay and financial records may be retained even after a deletion request where required by law (e.g., anti-fraud and financial recordkeeping obligations).
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. If Zoa expands into the EU, UK, or other regions with restricted-transfer requirements, this section will describe the transfer mechanism used (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) before the Platform is offered there.
The Platform is not directed to, and Tournament Mode is not available to, individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email prior to taking effect.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your personal information, may be directed to [email protected].
